We certainly are - this month, Galmier Locksmiths was awarded yet another WOMO Customer Service Award. Naturally, we’re pretty stoked to add yet another one to the awards cabinet, alongside all the other accolades we’ve earned over the years.
While we can’t really throw a big party with champagne (our work means that we spend most of the day on the road), we’re still planning on celebrating the occasion.
What is the WOMO Customer Service Award?
Like the name suggests, it’s all about recognising businesses that are the absolute cream of the crop in the customer service department and helping customers like you find businesses that consistently provide quality customer service.
To qualify, businesses need to have:
- A minimum number of 4 or 5-star reviews each year
- More than 90% of total reviews being positive
- A clean record and history of good business practices
Only 5% of all businesses meet these criteria, making this an extremely exclusive club to say the least. We’re one of only 4 locksmiths throughout Victoria to have been recognised this year.
And it’s even rarer for businesses to win 10 of these in a row like Galmier Locksmiths has!
Our 10th in a row
This will be the 10th consecutive time (yep, you heard that right) that we’ve been given this award.
Since 2012, we’ve received one of these awards every single year thanks to our commitment to looking after our clients and providing you with best-in-class customer service.
Of course, that isn’t the only thing that’s happening to us this month that’s worth celebrating.
We’ve also recently surpassed 100 Google reviews, with an average rating of 5 stars!
This is on top of the 188 reviews we’ve built up on WOMO - the vast majority of which are also 5-star reviews.
That makes for a total of hundreds of 5-star ratings - no wonder we’ve been recognised with yet another award.

Naturally, the price you pay will still depend on the job, as well as how difficult it’s going to be to carry out - that having been said, we’ll still endeavour to give you a price before we get to work.
